The American Natya Idol committee warmly welcomes applications from qualified individuals to serve as Judges. This is an honorary role that carries the meaningful responsibility of offering thoughtful, in-depth evaluations of candidates, drawn from your years—often decades—of experience in the field.
Judges should be aware that their comments, feedback, and scoring insights will be shared directly with all participants. This transparency is intended to create a valuable learning experience and help nurture the next generation of artists.
Selection of judges is based on multiple factors, including depth of experience, years of service, recognitions and achievements, educational background, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
